"I have been cloth diapering off and on for the past 14 years. When my last baby came along I was a busy mom of 5 working full time as a nurse and decided I would not use cloth. She ended up having extremely sensitive skin and could not wear disposables and I knew pretty quick that I would have to go back to cloth diapers. After being out of the cloth world for many years I was extremely overwhelmed by all the options that were now available.
 
I opened up The Diaper basket in 2022 with the hope to make the transition into cloth diapering easier for families. So many times families will buy a big stash of one type or brand of diaper when they get started only to find they don’t work for their baby. This often leads to frustration and they want to give up on cloth. We offer a variety of different brands and types of diapers and accessories. This allows parents to try out a variety of different products while saving on shipping cost. We also offer a monthly cloth diaper subscription box. We are the only cloth diaper subscription that offers different brands and types of diapers and accessories each month. I love being able to share so many amazing brands with our subscribers each month! We also launched our own line of preflats this year, Oak & Mae. Our preflats are CPSC certified and handmade by me. I hope to be able to offer more starter packs and brands in 2024."
